Help I don't like ICS, can I get my old ROM back?

Is it possible to get my old ROM back? Samsung had done some nice neat customisations. I liked it.

Android ICS 4.0 I don't like because
- The voice of the SatNav is now a computerised man. I hate it. I liked the lady from before.
- Zoom buttons removed from google maps. Can't get it back in Nav mode, even with labs feature "zoom buttons" enabled.
- Lost my contacts tab when I press on "phone". Now I just see 1.Keypad 2. Logs 3. Favourites
- Everything is new and "sleek". I want my old comforting ROM back.
- Some of the menu options have gotten worse. I nearly threw my phone at a train window the other day because I couldn't figure out how to change Wifi network.

Really frustrated I upgraded.

Help me please?

Yeah and flash stopped working as soon as I upgraded, which of course I didn't realise until I needed it most.

And my data stopped working, because the stupid installer deleted my network's settings, which helped to make last Wednesday night one of the worst in living memory, because I was locked out of my car in the pouring rain, in the middle of a field, and I couldn't get online to retrieve my friends number, and he had my car key.

So all in all, ****ing great update.

Nevermind, I have figured most of this s**t out now.
