I don't see my photos and Sync is on

I've got my sync settings checked. I've got my Google+ account set to instant upload, but I don't see the photos in my Google+ I took last night ? Is Google still offering "OTA" sync'ng ?

Any suggestions ?

Obviously, make sure you're using the same Google account on both Google+ and your phone. And check on whether uploading is Wi-Fi only. Other than that, sometimes it's a little tempermental... I use it a lot. Sometimes it's uploaded in minutes, sometimes it take a day. I use it alot and absolutely LOVE IT!

Also, if this is helpful, I do most of the picture taking in my family, and the Google+ sharing feature doesn't work well. It just "posts" the album in Google+ - the shared pics don't show up in others phone galleries. So, we created a shared Google account just for pics. On our phones we each are sync'd to our individual accounts for gmail, calendar, etc., but also added the joint account and have pics only sync'd to that. That way, our pictures show up in all of our phone/tablet galleries.
