I had Liquid ICS MR3 installed on m 'bolt before I saw that the video camera and Netflix had problems.

So I flashed the ICS leak from Team BAMF. The video camera and Netflix both work perfectly.

So does anyone know why the custom ROMs would have issues? I don't get it.

Any issues with the BAMF leak that I should be aware of?

I answered one of my questions - the issue with the BAMF leak is the battery life. I thought the issue was caused by the new radio for ICS, but I'd flashed back to .19 for Skyraider and just used that with the leak.

The battery life is horrible with ICS regardless of the radio I'm running.

Might be because its an early leak. I personally experienced better battery life onbmy resound when it jumped to ics. Hopefully things will be better once its more refined.

As for the issues with other roms,drivers and things changed from gb to ics,and are different in aosp,so a lot of things need to be reverse engineered without source code(htc).
