I'm using samsung galaxy S3
i don't want the screen lock but the phone doesn't let me remove it...
I go to setting -> lock screen -> screen lock -> and i typed my password it it only let me choose either using pattern , pin , or password
other than this 3 like swipe ,motion, face unlock ,face and voice ,none they said ' Disabled by administrator , encryption policy , or credential storage.'
can u help me to solve it? thanks :)

Is this a work phone? Do you have access to work email/contacts/calendar via an exchange server? If so, your exchange server's administrator has probably implemented a policy that requires a PIN, Pattern or Password lock. You cannot disable the lockscreen as long as you are connected to an exchange server with those requirements. Its one of the reasons I don't use exchange on my phone for work email. I just access via POP or IMAP. I don't want some moron in my IT department to be able to remote wipe my device just so I can delete emails.
