I flashed my kernel on my Android Warp ZTE on KitKat 4.4 and now I cant boot into recovery

So I have a Android Warp ZTE on kitkat 4.4 that I rooted with kingroot. I tried to overwrite the kernal with a rom manager by selecting the flash recovery option. I flashed it with a ROM that was not a recovery img so it just ended up overwriting it and now I cant boot into recovery and my phone is bricked. I try putting it into different boot modes but if these are stored in the kernel then trying is pointless because it was deleted when I flashed. I was able to hold down the power button to get the red light to flash but now if I try again there is no red light. If there anysoftware that could flash my kernel so I can bot into recovery and install a ROM onto my phone? Its bricked I cant do shit with it. I tried Stliaz and some other unbrick tool but they do not detect my phone. I assume this is because there is no recovery on my phone anymore

Slitaz uses Fastboot & will pick it up if you boot into in dfu/download mode, usually by pressing both volumes & pwr button when turning on. Try again
It will also give you PhilZ Recovery but I recommend (while in Philz) flashing CWM or TWRP by @phenomx4 as they're much more updated and can flash LP ROMs too

I flashed the kernel so I dont think theres a bootloader on my phone. Im wondering if theres linux or windows software that would let me flash the kernel. I am using software for linux but my device is not detected. I just get get into any boot mode because of my flashing the kernel. Theres no bootloader or recover on the phone. HOW DO I FIX THIS ???
