so i got my phone rooted after a couple of small attempts and finally got it. now im wondering who else got theirs rooted and did you remove any bloatware apps like amazon mobile and all that junk. i just have the root for now and still havent gone to delete anything. i know it would be best if we had a recovery image so i dont have to worry but as it seams there is no way to do that so far. or maybe i havent looked hard enough. anyways all your feedback will help or im just gonna in and delete the stuff i i just dont like.

I successfully rooted on the first attempt. I debloated ( with backing up apk's) immediately.

Just cant seem to find out where or what name the useless "video chat" apk is located. lame since it is nothing but a link to download skype.

I have found an ICS flash/restore file, and downloaded it, but have not tested it. hopefully someone with have a JellyBean backup soon.

Now if only there was a solid way to flip the internal and external SD cards ( like I did non my Droid X2, and RAZR ) so my 64gb external is recognized as the main SD card so I can download all my Huge games like NOVA 2&3, Spiderman, Batman, etc. not nearly enough room on this device.

yeah i just went ahead and deleted all the apps like amazon and all the audible crap. it seams to be running really smooth and snaps a lot faster than before. i also downloaded another app called sd booster and set my cache to 600kb and now its pretty damn quick to open apps and give me my previews of data i have. but it would be nice to see if that little ics stock thing you have would work just in case cause i never got around to backing up any of the apps. btw i used supermanager to uninstall the apps.
