I got the 2.3 UpdTe...but it doesnt work?

I'm gonna bet it's the Droid 2 or X or else he's rooted.
He's in the Droid X forum now.
Verizon has named their internal revs 2.3.xxx and at this point, there's no end of people thinking that's Android 2.3.
