you have to....they come in so handy. i can do everything without taking the phone out of my pocket. comes in handy when i'm doing something and its a pain to get the phone out of the pocket when i can easily just look at my watch to see who is calling or texting me.Cool. One day I'll have to try them out
The watch saves me a lot of frustration. At a glance I can see if I need to answer my phone from from my watch or simply hang up on the BS call. Keep in mind that my phone in my pocket is most often covered by a nail apron. It works the same for a text or email... do I need to address this now or can it wait. And last but most important to me, I can pause my streaming tunes with a touch of the app on my watch. Time, date, temp, pressure, and activity are all secondary to me. A smartwatch is a tool that works well for me. I hope if you invest that you enjoy one as well.Cool. One day I'll have to try them out
yes or if you have samsung health, it will record your sleep for you. i just hate wearing my watch when i sleep.when i'm at home i do not wear my watch. i only wear it when i go out of the house.Do I have to download the sleep app?
I need help or a manual.
that's what you have us here for....no need for a manual.....plus who reads now days.....LOLThey really need to put a manual in with these things. Other than that I'm just trying to get used to wearing a round watch again.
which watch did you get?You do need electricity for that @olbriar.
Even a cartoon manual like the one for the M-16 Marine issue rifle would be appreciated. I'm down for KISS but I need a guide to what I can do.
Are you experiencing a power outage? Bummer if so.You do need electricity for that @olbriar.

I'm not ready to Dick Tracy yet, but I can watch YouTube on it. Not that I would.
just remember that the watch uses the galaxy gear app for updates among other things. if your watch stops receiving notifications, i find that is usually because there is am update that needs to be done. That is the very watch I would buy if I couldn't find a frontier anymore and needed a replacement. LTE... I would not buy another LTE model. When I first purchased I was given a year free plan and then it rolled into five bucks a month. I finally dropped the LTE line when the price was increased to almost nine bucks a month. If I recall correctly, it was OCN that helped me configure the watch to quit looking for service when out of BT and WiFi range. I never found it handy or useful to be a stand alone watch. I am never without my phone but not always close enough for BT. So.. big deal.. NOT
yep it is waterproof. i work with aquariums all day and my hands are always getting wet. you can even go swimming with them i would not go snorkeling or diving with them though.I don't think I'll have those problems @olbriar I'll always have both.
I hope the wTch is really waterproof.
