Today was my last day of service before i needed to top up. I payed yesterday and it says my service date is next month. Why am i getting the redirect of death? Di i have to call VM, i heard there customer support is awful..

oddly this problem seems to occur on the last day of service; happened to me this way also. btw wifi will get you through this. i called vm customer service, 18 hours later it was fixed, if they did something idk. possibly it just reset, again idk.
