My problem is exactly this one

Buuuut Odim downloader won't detect my phone unless i put it in force download mode (both volume keys + home button+ power key)and it gets stuck on Setup connection mode.
Failed Cyanogen mod (gets stuck on booting image ("android") , and when i downloaded and put a Standard firmware on my SD card , when i tried to install it it says :
No space left on the device
Questions are:
Do you know any good unlocking method? i feel kinda stupid going to the tech support with this problem since i cannot lie saying its a kies fail
Do you know how can i format the internal memory ? (dosent work with wipe data factory reset it says :E:format_volume: rfs for at failed on /dev/stl13 and stl14)?
