I hate third company tech support

So my Triumph has some issues with it, and I called today to get a replacement sent to me. Three agents all told me that my warranty has expired because I activated it in January...

Does anyone see a problem with that? Maybe the fact that the phone wasn't even available? Let alone able to be activated.

So then I talk to a supervisor about it, and she says they have to escalate it to some tech agents to go in and look around about the phone.

Like really it shouldn't be that hard for tech support to google a release date on a phone and realize "Oh we dun goofed" ugghhh

Venting that felt pretty good. Anyone else have bad stories about virgin mobiles tech support with the Triumph?
 
I just email them when need be. Took 3 days, including the day i sent the email, to have the replacement on my doorstep.
