Depending on the CSC code in your firmware details, see #1.3 of 23 Galaxy S4 models - know yours? and providing that your phone has never been rooted and is running its original firmware, see #1.4 of the previous link, then there has already been 5 KitKat updates for Bulgaria at the beginning of March. See posts #5 and #10 of International i9505 gets KitKat.

Why would you update a perfectly functioning phone with a bug filled glitchy low performance low benefit upgrade? ?... just saying
