I have forgotten my Unlock and gmail password

I have Q-mobile A8
I have forgot my unlock pattern and even my g.mail Id.
now please help me to open my cell phone?
How Can i Open it?

you have to go in recovery(power off the phone then press volume up + power button), then do a data factory reset. it will wipe all data on the phone expet anything on the sdcard.
