it has three things. phone boost,remove junk files, antivirus check . as you said your phone lag a little so phone boost can help you.

Clean Master or anything by Cheetah Mobile are probably the worst things you can install on your phone. Their apps are snake oil and their sole function is to mine your personal data to sell on to 3rd parties for advertising purposes.

Find the cause of the lag, could be an offending app that's been installed, it could be the phone only needs rebooting. One thing that may make a phone lag is Facebook, especially if the phone is not up to it.

Installing "free" adware/spyware snake-oil apps like CM ain't gonna fix it, in fact it could lag even more with crap like that running, when it's scanning all your personal stuff and phoning it home to China.

If the phone is hot, it could be throttling to help it cool down/stop getting hotter

So, tell me which can remove the lag?

That depends entirely on the cause. It's most likely a rogue app running when it isn't supposed to. As @mikedt points out in the post above this one, the best solution is to find the cause as opposed shutting down everything that might be the issue.

Most of the apps "killed" or removed from memory by task killers like Clean Master etc will just start up again almost immediately after they're shut down.
