I have to build this custom view. Could you guys tell me the correct approach and time to build this

you could see the above image. It is the same as the e-commerce list view but here we have items in a horizontal scroll view (PHOTO with left and right arrow).It will show as items that you can see one by one and around it, there are four filters like you can see (West, Bitter, etc) it is the same as filters of eCommerce like choose Brand, Color, or price. So how could I build it? any approach or how much time it would take?

To be honest, I really like your idea, the mechanics and design should be great! You need to find a web designer or someone from company that are specialized in this. Personally I have my own website and I was searching a professional to make everything look good.
