Help i have virus problem

Hi I have a problem with android phone maded by china .. I have viruses in my cached partition I try with wipe all data and Manny times with factory reset and again all viruses are in my phone I don't know how to remove them I don't have clear cache partition in meny for hard reset on phone I am using irulu universe u2 please help asap

How do you know you have viruses (malware), and how do you know they are in your cache partition? If they survive a factory data reset, it sounds like they are in your /system partition.
