An ASUS TF201 and love it, but I'm new to the Android world and I'm trying to upgrade the system to 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich.

Is there anyone out there that can walk me through it?

What is the SKU, is that the country code? If it is why not just say what county it's for. The build doesn

Menu > Settings > About Phone > System update

That's the official route. If its says no updates, you have to wait until ASUS rolls it out for your device's code.

go to your system settings. easiest way is if you click on the clock on the bottom right corner and then select the cog wheel looking icon to get you to the settings. on the left scroll to the bottom until you get to the about tablet option and select it then select system firmware update nd it should update your tablet for you. hope that helps.
