What do I do next? I already installed the marketplace and put my account and synced it already. What do you guys recommend I do next?

I recommend you install flash player, and look around at some themes and stuff. I'm using Cyanbread at the moment with honeycomb icons for adw launcher

Also I suggest going through cm settings and changing it to your liking
