I keep getting a syncmanager message thing!!

I keep randomly getting this little pop up that says something along the lines of the application syncemanager has unexpectedly shut down I have to push a button that comes with it that says force close and the only way to make it go away is to push it but it just pops back up and it gets in the way of me using my internet access and it slows my phone down because it pops up ever two seconds I looked and I dont even have an application called syncmanager and if I do I can't find it I have no idea how to get rid of it!! help me!!

Sync manager may be referring to the sync process which syncs your data to cloud, like Google contacts and calendar. I would suggest turning the phone off and removing the battery for about 5min then booting up to "soft reset" the phone processes.
