an app that when you enter the wrong pattern on the lock screen 3 or more times turns gps on and sends a email out to the person, and locks the other phone permanently until it is synched with the persons home computer, or until the person scans his eye with the retinal scanner, and then displays some type of message that offers a reward and a number to contact the owner,

o i got another one, if the above mentioned is too much, then another app that if the phone is lost, the person can log into gmail, and remotely click a button and the phone will lock its self, back up all your,contacts,photos,etc and then delete them from the phone.

Well since all your contacts are in the cloud (aka on googles servers) there should be a kill switch that will blank the phone, and lock it.
