Root i lost my 1.5 gb of total 2.2 gb after rooting in moto e

I rooted my moto E yesterday successfully.
After rooting, I could not find 1.5 GB of phone's 2.2gb internal memory.
Settings-- storage-- internal storage --- which shows total space 2.21 gb, available 700mb.
I installed uc browser only after rooting. I did factory reset to wipe those unknown 1.5 gb but
nothing happened. Phone did not even show any files or folder to identify that 1.5gb.
But I did one mistake when I flash twrp. I was using minimal adb and fastboot app .exe installed in my c partition
and kept my recovery.img file in windows desktop along with adb.exe and few other windows programs. When I type command
"fastboot flash recovery recovery.img" I got an error "cannot flash data long 600000 bytes" , this is NOT EXACT WORD but I remember only
these above mentioned words APPROXIMATELY, something like that words. I thought this could be directory error. So I downloaded another adb fastboot rar file
file and extracted in d: .
I put my recovery.img in that extracted adb folder and successfuly flashed my twrp. IS THAT POSSIBLE ANY FILES FROM WINDOWS DESKTOP COPIED INTO INTERNAL PHONE MEMORY? I could not find my 1.5gb. Please help me to recover my internal storage. Is it possible to wipe phone memory alone entirely, NOT ROM using TWRP.
