I lost my storage after Lolipop

I used Nexus Root Toolkit v1.9.8
Flashed 5.0 with root and TWERP. Everything went smooth as silk...but...my 32gb Nexus 7 reports only Total 11.29gb of storage. Where did the rest go? Just as important...how do I get it back?
 
late to the party, but Wug's NRT flat out tells you that after flashing it will likely report the wrong storage, tells you to FDR, and then gives you the steps to FDR.

oh, and glad to know it worked.
