These are the guys that do all the cell phone review vids on Das You Tuber.

In TWO of their most recent vids they say the Spirit rebate doesn't apply to upgrades. WRONG. (The morons are confusing the Spirit rebate with the Motion rebate) So I (semi) politely tried late last night to set them straight on YouTube. I even told them to go read the first line of mouseprint on the rebate form.

I wake up this morning to read them telling me *I* don't know what *I'm* talking about.

Yeah buddy. That was a very stupid move.

I spent a little time finding out they are apparently getting the info from the Metro dealer on Warren Ave. in Providence, RI.

I posted a friendly little All Living Hellfire and Brimestone message about them to Metro's Faceplant page.

I think Metro Corporate will be able to get their attention where I couldn't.

It means you get the rebate Only if you are activating a new account not if you already have a Metro account/phone and Upgrade to a new phone. For example, the first recent Motion rebate was for Both new activates And upgrades then they changed the current Motion rebate to be Just for new activates. I even sent the clowns at Murphy's the rebate form but apparently they are incapable of understanding written English. It clearly says the Spirit rebate is good for Both new activates And upgrades.

Yeah, whoever does MurphysCellRepair videos isn't very knowledgeable. They thought that the LG Motion 4G was 1.2Ghz, stating that the internal reading was incorrect. And I remember them saying some other ignorant things when they were talking about benchmarks.

If you watch the videos with the sound off, then it's a lot more educational experience. Just play your favorite tunes in the background while watching.

And then they LIED to Metro on Metro's Faceplant page and denied they were affiliated with Metro. That's OK, I just posted right after them that if you Google them it goes Right To some E <Wireless symbol> o Wireless at 328 Warren Ave., Providence, RI where they say right at the top they are an authorized Metro dealer. I hope Metro rips them a new one.
