My boyfriend and I got identical X10's on the same day. From At&t, so that presents some problems. This all started when I wanted to install an older verson of an app that I got directly from the developer, not from the market.
I installed PDAnet on mine, through the computer install system. It recognized it, no problem.
I have SDK installed.
Installed AC-SWM on the computer, it recognizes my phone with no problem and I installed my app. SUCCESS!
Then my boyfriend wanted the app. I connected his phone, made sure it was in debugging mode, and tried running SWM.
No serial number, no phone.
OKAAAAAYYYY...maybe he needs PDAnet, just for giggles, lets try it.
The PDAnet installer does not see his phone either.
The computer sees his phone if I mount it, and "USB debugging is connected" according to the phone.
What on EARTH could be the problem?
