Root I messed up

So I forgot to make a backup and I wanted to return to stock so I downloaded the stock rom and it failed. And now the phone doesn't have a OS. So I am stuck and when I tried to mount my phone via twrp to my friends PC and it won't connect. It's not showing up.

So where can I download the USB Drivers needed to be able to transfer stuff to my SD Card?

If you have a spare phone that can get on Wi-Fi or use a friend's phone put your sd card in it and download Rom of choice then flash via recovery that would be the easiest way
