i want to build a flow that whenever i have a call i will have 2 choices 2 response to the call
1)to answer
2)to send a sms that says i can not response now
i want the flow to ask me what 2 choose
 
i want 2 be able to answer either recieveing the call
or either by texting not able 2 recieve the call
and yes incoming call

Depending on your device, is that not an option that is already available on the incoming call screen? Either to "answer" or "decline with message"?

let me ask u amother question
how can i make an if then flow
that ask me for yes (if i typs yes he will answer)
or no(sending an sms that i am not avaibale)
 
Two things …

The decision is being made by your cell provider before the call is presented to your phone. There is no way for you to make the decision … it is too late.

It seems illogical that you would want an SMS response to an incoming voice message.

for exmpale
if i will write yes for a trigger
or no for not doing it
for exmpale a birthday of my sister
in this day i want tasker 2 ask me like this
its your sister birth day do you want 2 send an sms?
if i will say yes it will send an sms
if i will say no he wont do it

Tom, in regards to your last statement..why does it keep answering back to my own number I'm am responding from?, can't seen to pass that issue..I've tried a thousand different ways
 
Instead of the number I just received the text from..
In other words..my number is 512.555.2323 and the number who texted me is 281.888.4545 then the text from number treat my tasker generates and send it to is 512.555.2323..so I get a text from my self when it sends it

tom how can make tasker ask me for the data the yes or no question ?

When learning Tasker most people start with Tasks. After a few months they investigate Profiles. After a year they investigate Scenes.

Scenes can contain a wide variety of elements.

The way to ask a question and process the response is a to post a question in an element (like a Text or Button) and then process a response in a Tap or Long Tap action associated with that element.

Posting the code here from a scene is not really possible.

An alternative might be to use aPopup Task Buttons …
