i need a planner

so for years i have used a paper daily planner for my business in which i have it hourly and with multiple clients. i now have an android and i would like to find an hourly planner that connects with my business and that it can automatically update the schedule with all my employees. any apps or ideas?

Basically, every single Google-enabled Android phone can do this. Just connect it to your Google calendar and tell your employees to subscribe to a calendar you will set for work and you're all set.
