I need a Scroll button for All Apps

Hi

I am paralysis.So I couldn t control my fingers.and I m using a trackball.
My problem is drag and drop because I couldn t press button and turning the ball at the same time.thats why I need a scrooling button for all apps.

Any Suggest?
