I need a simple sketching app

[IreneB]

Hi,
I'm a wildlife artist, a sketch journaler, and former sketching workshop presenter. Now I go to cool places, sketch and journal the plants and animals and scenery, then upload my sketchbooks to the internet. I bought a Samsung Galaxy Tablet 2 7.0 to see if it could take the place of my sketchbook.

I'm on this forum looking for advice on apps, and to see what kind of things people might need in the way of instruction manuals, because I'll probably write one about how others can follow in my footsteps IF I can ever figure out what I want to do here.

Hope we can help each other out!

Irene

Irene, it's a pleasure to welcome you to these forums. That's exactly what these forums are all about. Give some.. take some... all freely contributed by your great members. I hope you enjoy these forum and you new tablet. Not being artistic, I have no idea what apps might be available in that vein. We do have an area where we discuss apps. I think it might be a great place for you to tap our members for some suggestions. Here is a link to that area: Android Lounge - Android Forums
Just ask in there and hopefully someone has some input for you. We have a discussion area for your tablet as well. Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 - Android Forums
You might want to check out what other members are saying about your tablet to make certain you are getting the full benefit from all of it's features. Have fun and good luck.
