Root I need assistance in rooting.

[flyinggpenguin]

Hello.

I'd like to root my Samsung Intercept, but as this is my first Android phone, I cannot find a proper tutorial to show me how. I've jailbroken my iPod and torrented several programs, is it as easy as those? I'd appreciate it if someone could help me out or even let me know if the Intercept has a root yet, since it's a fairly new phone (released in July).

This is the only thread I've found on it: LittleKernel 2.1 Build 1 for the Intercept

I'm new to the Intercept scene (just bought one for my life), but might wanna head over in this direction.

Seems like over at sdx they've discussed the rooting process.
