I need EVOS favorite dialer on my G3

I changed from an evo to an sg3, great phone, but way short in the easy to dial department. 2, 3, 4, clicks to get to a number to dial on the g3, whereas the evo dedicated a whole page full of favorites which with one click, you were dialing a favorite.

There has to be an app or widget out there which will allow speed dialing of favorites in gmail. All accessed from one open page. I want to be able to swipe to a page, click a photo of my friend and hear the dial tone dialing.

I cannot be the only person missing this type of feature. Please help.

There is a favourite contacts widget. Just star contacts and they will appear on it.

Thanks, yes I found that one, but its not nearly as good as the stock one Evo came with. On the EVO, you swiped to a page, you saw 20-30 pictures or names of your gmailed favorites, one touch and you were dialing. It seems everything on the S3 is multiple touches to dial. While your suggested favorites widget is one touch dialing, it a) seems to be limited on my phone to only to 20 starred contacts, and b) I cannot set it up so the app is always open (ie takes up a full open page so I swipe right, hit my contact and I am dialing. (Evo did this)

I would kill (pay) for an interface like the evo favorites dialer. The other dialer (the one that comes on the S3 as a widget, is not connected to google and requires one to program each dialer contact.

Any other thoughts.

Open your contacts and got the the name you want to call and touch and swipe to the right to make call. Touch and swipe to left to SMS. No 5 step process.

My only other thought is: Play Store. Do not wait for us what to install from there, search yourself.
