Is there an app that sets your phone for handsfree or speaker mode ready when your driving.

Or maybe a profile to set the phone to answer in speaker mode when your driving.

There is a free program on the market called "UpSoundDown" that will turn on the speakerphone when you flip your phone upside down. I never tried it but it sounds like it might fit your needs. Another greet program for driving is Tap Dialer. It doesn't turn on the speakerphone (it would be a perfect option) but does make it easy to call frequently called numbers with minimal distraction.

Omg its perfect. This is exaxtly what I'm looking for. Simpler but very useful application.

Simply perfect for driving specially where places has a law where you cant talk hold your cell when driving

Thanks again.

I'm going to check out both applications, thanks for the tip.

if you have a "newer" car...you can grab a male-2-male 3.5mm headphone cable and plug the phone into your "aux" jack to your stereo...your phone thinks its using headphones but still uses the mic if it doesn't receive from the cable.

I wrote an app called Almost Hands Free, you need to touch it to initiate the thing but I think it works great and you can keep your attention on the road.

Since my BT headset ended up on the wrong end of a car tire I've never tried it, but can't you answer calls handsfree with one? I know you can't place hands free calls, but can't you take them?
