Help I need help! Can't install apps.

My android does download apps, but it will not install them annymore! This started yesterday, and it wont go over! i tried to plug it to my computer to scan it for viruses, but then my computer got "blue screen" and crashed!!! Like... WTF??? I also tried to run the free version of virus scanning that i had on my phone, but it said that my thelephone was clean!!!!!!!!!! HELP ME!!!!!!!
 
Menu>applications>manage applications>all (tab at top). Scroll down until you see "Market". Tap on market then clear data and clear cache. It's happened to me a couple of times. Also, many experts from other forums say an anti-virus program isn't needed for android phones. Just make sure to check the permissions of each app before you download it. If something looks fishy, don't install it. Not having the antivirus will save you a lot of precious memory. Good luck!
 
Have you tried rebooting yet? Enough free memory to install? Is it all apps or just a certain one? Some apps aren't compatible with every phone is why I ask. Are you rooted? What phone are you using? I can't see that on the forum app.
 
what is that(if you mean on/of, then yes), 35 mb(so yes), every single one (cant eaven update!!), dont know what rooted is, Galaxy spica, Help(and thanks for that you are trying)
 
First off you're welcome for the help. Second, give me a little while to try and research your problem. If I can't give you an answer I will find somewhere or someone with an answer.
 
Try updating your phone to 2.1. It wax released last March so it should be available to you. Menu>settings>about phone>check for updates
Let me know what you find out. Just curious, what country are you in? Spica wasn't available in the US is why I'm curious.
 
hmm... ok! Seriously stupid thaught, but here it goes: it is a app called "apk manager" that i'we had for some months and it works great, but yeasterday i took backup of som apps... in an incident, i took backup fom the same app twice. could it be something wrong that happend after that, so my apps wont install at all? like do you thnk that i should try to uninstall it? just thinking of stuff that might have gotten wrong...
 
Contacts and applications will download automatically when you sign back into your Google account. Even any paid apps you may have. That will be the first thing you have to do after a reset. Any pictures or video that is NOT on your SD card will be deleted so download them to your computer or move them to your SD card. Any other "stuff" you are concerned about?
