i need help for reeading word documents

Settings > Display > Time-out screen to adjust time-to-turn off-screen.
OR just touch/move the screen with your finger – before it times out – and it will stay on for a little bit longer.
Of course the longer your screen is on the more battery charge it will eat.

Sure, if you insist on doing it the hard way, if you have too much time on your hands, and if you have money to burn I guess you could do it with Tasker.

Why would that app need permanent permission to connect to the internet and make network sockets only to manage screen-on/screen-off? Very suspicious.
I recommend to NOT install that app.
