I need help for unmounted SD Card problem

Hi every!

I need help regarding my SD card. it keeps on notifying me that it always been unmounted unexpectedly. I dont know the reason behind. can anyone help me to figure it out? you think theres something wrong with it? should I have it repaired or something? :(
 
Sounds like it was in a device that crashed unexpectedly with files open, maybe an inconsistent FAT. If that's the case then reformatting it would fix it (but will obviously destroy any data files that were on it). You could try a disk drive recovery program with it in a PC card reader.
