Help I NEED HELP!!!!!! I don't wanna take this thing to the store to get it fixed

Ok! Im having trouble resetting my huawei m835 dude. No matter what I try, it always freezes at the huawei logo. I called metro pcs to help me, same thing. I need to know what I can do in order to make it go faster or something. please help. i don't wanna have to go and take it somewhere to get it fixed. I tried resetting it from settings and stuff and hard factory reset. HELP!!!

I sugest downloadin the firmware update file and flash . Your phone will be as if it was when first bought it you . Also there might be a less complicated way if you provide more info

Step By Step (Edited):

Step 1. Put the "dload" folder to the root of the MICRO SD.
Step 2. Insert the MICRO SD card into the power off handset.
Step 3. Press Up Volume + end key, then power on the handset. Upgrade will start.
