people i just got my new phone and i tried rooting and downloaded the rom manager too. and i pressed backup my rom or something like that and it started it to reboot but i just turned off my phone. and i turned it back on and i was churging my phone but right now its keep rebooting.. non stop and its on the charging screeen the blue thing need help quick plz help me!!!!

The only thing rom manager is good for on our phones is rebooting into recovery. Beyond that its not really supported.

gi1714...you really shouldn't be rooting or flashing roms on your phone man. Is this your new phone or still the old one? I'm thinking you are on your second phone because you bricked your first as soon as you got it. And now you are on your second phone and have already bricked that one.
I admire your effort though.
if you can boot into recovery by using the button combo ( hold down volume down and power and keeping holding until you see the lg logo and release, then hit power 2 more times) then just flash a rom in there, or a nandroid backup located under backup and restore, and backup folder.
If you don't have a rom or havent made a nandroid on your sd card then get a rom onto your sd card by using another phone or your computer.
If you Dont have CWM but can get into download mode then you must use this method.
