Root I need help samsung galaxy s6 edge

I rooted my device earlier, and installed a twrp, my phone kept going back to twrp even in if i restarted it.
I tried to format it but now im stuck with twerp, and download mode. I tried to flash my device but odin gives me a write error. My computer stopped picking up my phone. Should i go to samsung for support?
