I need help someone

I was trying to turn off some running systems on my andriod i must of turned off something that showed the time and and the part that shows how much battery time you have left does anyone know how to get it back on

I think to help we'll need a slightly clearer explanation of what you've done. For example, do you mean that you removed a clock from your homescreen, or hid the notification bar at the top of the screen, or something else? And how were you turning things off?

It might also help to know what device you have and what android version it is running.
