Help I need help with a setting

Is there a way to disable the setting that after each phone call I can either call back or send a message?
 
Not that I'm aware of, though is it really a big issue. You can simply just hit the home button to exit out of the app. However, if it really is a problem for you, I would definitely root your phone and install a custom (non-TouchWiz) rom. I know for a fact these two do not have said phone feature, albeit you will be losing some of the phone's basic features as these are currently RC and WIP respectively: CyanogenMod 7 Port and MIUI.
