I need help with connecting my tablet online

I just got my SuperPad IV today and I tried to connect with my ethernet cable and my wifi. But I only get an error message. Am I missing a step or did I get a dud?
Please help.

Sorry, what is a 'SuperPad IV'? Is this a computer or an android device? If it's an android device, I'd try the respective forum, they'd know a lot more about that specific device than the rest of us.

If it's a computer - what OS are you running? What happens when you type either ipconfig or ifconfig or iwconfig ?

Who makes it? Samsung? I can't find anything 'super' on the Android Tablet area of the forum...

Me either, and I just looked up my order. There is no "brand" name. The box says "SuperPad IV". The user's guide is a joke.There is no tech support number or website. I think I got a knock off.
But I was looking at the reviews for the same item and no one complained about this.
I found a bunch of threads regarding the SuperPad 3 and SuperPad IV.

The Superpad tablets are a tad confusing. They are pretty generic, but generally, they are the Gome Flytouch models, but I've never heard of the Superpad IV, sorry.

What error message are you getting?
