Hi I need help with this phone. I got it and all the games worked fine. but then I updated its os to the last update it has which is from 2016. and now barely ever any of the games make it past the main menu.
I was wondering if there is a way to do a factory reset for this phone. does anyone know??/

i do not have your device but usually the easiest way is to go to settings>system>factory reset. if it is not there, the ability to factory reset should be some where in the phone's settings

Did you try to clear the cache of the apps that were not working?

Often this will solve this type of issue.

If not, try clearing the data as well.

All this would be cleared during a reset anyway, but at least you can possibly salvage what is still working.
