Help I need help with this "bug"

I was using a lockscreen app (MagicLocker) And then tried one that should liberate my power button, but didnt work (Tap Tap). I'm now getting This generic annoying notice every tome my screen wakes. Can someone please tell me how to get rid of this nuisance?
