I need help with this plz

i tried installing asphalt adrenaline on my xperia x10 and everytime it comes to download the files required it says "can't detect WiFi connection" however my WiFi is always On
in addition i found a video on youtube for this game and it works fine on Xperia

and also i wish i could know how he got his phone to look like that
(the menu - the lay out - the theme)

The layout of the phone in the video looks like he's using Widgetlocker and Launcher Pro

Go to menu>settings>wireless and networks>wifi settings and confirm that your home wifi is both listed and shown as connected.
