I am stuck. I have been trying to get out of the TWRP. After rebooting system it brings me back. Any ideas? Im new to this and the help would be much appreciated. Thanks.

Hello and welcome to the forums . I see u have a lg esteem and u having problems with the recovery . Now may i ask what was you trying to do with the device. If stuck in this recovery you will need to flash a rom from your sd card goto the last page and reboot or flash into syster

First of all thanks for replying. what i was trying to do was a factory data reset. once i had done that and stated to reboot it took me into the recovery screen and since then i have not been able to get out of it. I do have a backup that i made through the TWRP and i loaded the backup but it still did not let me boot the system.

The recovery you used wont allow you to use other recovery backup. But the problem u are having is you did a factory reset wipes everything clean. But if you flash another rom you should be good and check your section selections . Like make sure you have your externel sd card for flashing if its on the phone it will be looking for the zip files on the internal side and they are on the external

Hmm okay what i tried is
1) i wiped cache
2) i went to the install section.
3) i was on the external sd side and pressed on the MS910_NumberTwo_v2.8.1_ZVD.zip
4) after it says it was installed successfully i pressed on the reboot system but At the end it just reboots back into theTWRP.
Side Notes
If i check off on the "force md5 check on all zips" it fails. (i don't know if i should be using this option)
I also dont know if i should just copy the "MS910_NumberTwo_v2.8.1_ZVD.zip" onto another folder in the internal drive maybe??
Im new to this so i am not sure if i am doing this correctly?

May i ask did u update to zve yet maybe u didnt know it did and tried to flash the zvd . Cause it sounds like your zip file is gone or the phone isnt seeing the zip. Reset the settings on the recovery do a full wipe and try to reflash the rom again .

okay I believe I have made things worse. I went to setting and restored them to default, then I was going to do the wipe. so after doing the factory reset my sd card may have got erased. a new section did apear though it says "SD ext". Also after doing that i reinstalled the rom again, i rebooted the sytem and still it brings me back to the TWRP. Now im not really woried as much of getting my phone to work but id rather have my sd card stuff back, i have important stuff on it. Is it still possible to get any of this things working again????
