What do u do when u can't send or download pictures when rebooting doesn't help

I need help with this now I can't send a pic of the hw to my friend who doesn't have the paper
 
Can you explain in a little more detail: what is the source of the picture (download, camera photo?), how large is it and how are you attempting to send it, for example?
