i got an android tablet and the screen is broke but i cannt seem to find one it doesnt say what type of android tablet or anything can someone help me:mad:

Sorry about your screen! Do you have an owners manual or cd for it?
Can you take out the battery or perhaps some sort of numbers on/in it?
