Root i need help

Hi i accidentally delete all my files with my custom flash and now my phone is not starting is stock and the main screen i still can access team recovery but idk how to intall a flash again thougt my computer cause i can see the files it won't connect

Did you take a backup before you wiped everything? Have you tried restoring that?

I don't have a Nexus 4 any more so this is from memory, but is there an option to mount USB storage in whatever recovery you're using? It will either be in the Advanced or Mounts and Storage menu.

As long as you can get into fastboot (hold vol. down + power) you can flash it back to stock using Skipsoft's Android Toolkit.
