i need my contacts

all my contacts are on my previous account which is on an icloud account now i have a galaxy s3 for tmobile and now i have no contacts so how can i sync my contact with my new device?
 
If they're Axxount contacts, put in the same gmail address as the old phone and they'll sync.

If not, export all the contacts from the old phone, import them into Google Contacts and the new phone will sync to them.
