I can't seem to find this info anywhere in my searches.

Here's the deal.

I would lile some customized notifications that I can use for various apps o my Android phone.
Not songs or tone but verbiage.
IE: "You have a phone call via Google voice" and "You have a text message from Google voice" that sort of thing.

Are there place that I can hire to create them for me ? (I can't seem to find any on the Internet.)
I have a terrible voice so I would prefer NOT to record them myself.

I'm sure there's many of them, just Google something like "voice artists", or "voice over services", etc.
e.g. https://www.fiverr.com/categories/music-audio/voice-overs?utm_source=bing&utm_medium=cpc&utm_campaign=b_ge-us_ln-en_dv-desktop_sc-voice-over_mt-exact&utm_term=Exact_Voice-Over&utm_content=AdID^^Keyword^professional voice over^Placement^^Device^c&caid=377812209&agid=1258941384772015&ad_id=&kw=professional voice over&lpcat=ma_voiceovers&show_join=true&gclsrc=aw.ds&
This is the sort of thing that ad agencies, games creators, radio stations, TV shows, movies, etc. use for their nice sounding verbiage.

If you are ok with an automated voice there are TTS websites that you could use for free.

One I just found is https://freetts.com and it lets you download an MP3 of the audio. Attached below are two versions of "You have a text message from Google voice."

For where to put them, the default Notification folder is usually located in one of these locations:
/sdcard/media/audio/notifications/
/sdcard/notifications/

Location for ringtone files on your phone:
/sdcard/media/audio/ringtones/
/sdcard/ringtones/

You could try typing in what you want into Google translate, and use a sound recorder app (most phones have one built in) to record it during playback.

An editing app could then be used to make the recordings more concise.

Then place the individual files into the Notifications folder shown in your file manager app.

They should then appear as options for individual notifications.
(If not, then check if they are the same format as the other notification files. This can also be fixed, if it is an issue.)

This would allow you to create such notifications right on your phone, for free.
